All of our magnets are made to order, so sales are final. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@snapkeepshawaii.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For quality concerns, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo. We’ll review your concern and, if necessary, offer an exchange of the same photo design. Please note: we cannot accept exchanges or quality concerns after 14 days.

 

Grab & Go Magnets
Our Grab & Go magnets undergo quality checks to meet our standards before shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@snapkeepshawaii.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any issue, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or video of the problem. We’ll review your concern and follow up with next steps.
